Project Snapshot
- NikaVika Sisterhood (NVSH), a Needham-based empowerment coaching initiative launched by Miller Academy Coaching in 2018, invites an inaugural 13 female business leaders from across the state to share in our vision of "engaging, enlightening and empowering” young girls around four key pillars: ambition, inclusion, philanthropy and vigilance.
- Community service coaching will be provided by NVSH Co-Founders Gretchen Miller Johnson (a Milton Academy teacher) and (daughter) Annika Viktoria Johnson a Needham High rising sophomore and local activist.
- Collaborating with 13, female business leaders from across the state--along with their daughters +/or female colleagues, relatives and friends--we will raise funds for 13 local food banks in particular, and awareness for food insecurity in general.
